SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once confirmed, we will email to you your PosLaju Track ID.

 

 

What are your delivery options?

Your parcels are delivered using the following courier services [PosLaju]. 
Currently we are only available to ship to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. 
 

For domestic, it may consume 2-3 working days to arrive. Sabah Sarawak delivery may consume 5-7 working days.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

How do I return an item?

We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If you'd like to return or exchange an item, we will do everything we can (within reason).

What payment methods do you provide?
 
Direct Online Transfer (Internet banking such Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Bank Islam Online etc.)

 

How do I place an order?

For every purchase, you are required to fill in an order form.  Once submitted we will send an invoice to you and proceed to payment.

 I received my order, but one of them is missing. What do I do?

We would like to apologize for any inconveniences. Please email us your order ID/slip and state which items that are missing to byayumahya@gmail.com
